I'm a bit nervous about this one. I'm thinking it means "No Dog Farting Here" but I can't always tell if Desi is or not; it doesn't always make a sound.
Is this block "Scent Enforced," like some are "Radar Enforced?"
Can we get a ticket for this?
Who actually patrols this?
Luckily it only seems to be this one block of our walk.
